At Nuora, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
